I’ve couch surfed for over a year now… and the whole time I was doing it, and even now, I kept educating myself. Audio books, books, online courses, forums, seminars with the best in the world, and conversations with the same. Most my education on this trip was about business and marketing. I love marketing, it’s a passion of mine. That scathing (but true) article I wrote about Independent Lady Magazine is a perfect example of how much I have learned. Why is that? Well… when the guy who wants to set up Independent Lady Magazine for the guy who’s idea this magazine it is (although after speaking with me, and learning that a website will cost him a lot less to distribute, and update on a regular basis, he decided to do it strictly online), he’ll realize that he has a small bit of trouble. Independent Lady Magazine at www.independentladymag.com or www.independentladymagazine.com are already taken. I won’t ruin the surprise of where they go… you may get a chuckle at that. But, I am writing this (the one you’re reading now) article to demonstrate my marketing savvy. Go ahead and google “Independent Lady Magazine” or “Independent Lady Mag” and see who’s #1! Education in a powerful tool my friends! Learn everything you can, and learn something new every day.

The way I do it these days is by running an hour a day, then doing 100 crunches… all on an empty stomach (I have many gas-station cappuccinos from the trip to burn off… and I’m getting there quickly!), while listening to my Ipod-Nano that Couch 31 gifted me (so I gifted my 40Gig Ipod – black and white to Couch 44). I do not have music on there. I only have marketing seminars. I am studying internet marketing, direct mail marketing, advertising, psychology, copywriting, and much more. The occasional personal achievement and motivation mp3 finds its way on there as well.

Speaking of running and doing crunches, I gotta go do that now! I’ll catch my blog up a little more after I’ve showered and smell better Have an awesome day!
