It was a riot! The other night (Thursday) at Havana, I was working on Delilah’s flyer. I had promised Delilah that I would have it done that day/night sometime, so that’s what was going to happen. For that reason, I did not bring my camera. I had so many of the girls that already recognize me as a regular start posing for me, or even making out expecting me to take photos. I told them I don’t have my camera. Some didn’t believe me! “Oh yeah? What’s that then?” “Ummm… that’s my laptop” (pointing at my laptop bag, draped across my shoulder). I had about 7 girls tell me how upset they are with me for not bringing my camera. “Umm…. do you like ME, or do you like my camera??” “I like you!” “Then why should it matter if I brought it or not?” Most of them saw my point, but one said “Well… it’s just that you took the best photos of me! I have a bunch of other ones, and no one’s taken one like that of me!” (and thus I had my model for my workshop).
