When I was a child, I collected junk. Lots of electronics, lots of glass items, lots of metal things. I was the only 5 year old on the block with his own soldering iron. I, unlike Vince, did not spend 20 years making a palatial structure made solely of junk. While I took many photos, this video captures the experience much better, as you get to see how it’s all put together, and walk through the Cathedral of Junk. People come here to get married, have party, or just experience something surreal.

Directions: On the south side of town. US 81/290 to the Hwy 71 (Ben White Blvd E.) exit. Hwy 71 west to the Congress Ave. exit. Head south a couple of blocks, turn right on St. Elmo Rd W., then take the second left onto Lareina.
