I’m at Couch 33’s in Charlotte, North Carolina.

I keep seeming to find adventures and drama for my trip, eh? The other night I thought I was stranded in SC, and I ended up in some all girls’ college, smuggled into the all girls’ dorms, drinking with a bunch of girls (who else would be there?) who just finished their final exams. Since I had already sent a bulletin asking who’s nearby, I was reminded that my friend Amanda lives in Charlotte. So… here I am.

Now, after a mellow day, and having my laundry done, I was just chilling out… working on my MySpace, photos, blog, and marketing… I was half watching “The Butterfly Effect” while Amanda was sleeping. Her roommate/landlord- which I had already heard had some “nasal” and personality problems - storms into the room, slamming the dog-food bowl down. Amanda goes to see what he’s up to, and I can hear all this through the walls:
“Homeboy’s gotta go!” “Why are you throwing my stuff around?” “You got until Monday to get me cash, or get the hell out of here! You’re out of here” and apparently he pushed her around some. Now he’s a big guy, and I’m on his property, and one of the other roommates is on probation, so I don’t want to start a fight, and have some cops come over, and everyone arrested, etc..

So… while Couch 33 is looking for a place to move into ASAP this weekend, I too need to find a place. So… If you’re in Charlotte, and have a room to rent, Amanda needs a place (she has an aging Shi-Tzu). If you’re in Charlotte, or anywhere nearby, or in South Carolina, or Tennessee, or North Georgia… and want to be the next couch… I need a place to move on to. I’m looking for interesting people, or really unique people, or people who have cool adventures near by, or cool stories to tell… For example:

Oooh– good one— If you’re a really talented hair stylist, who’s very creative… I’m looking to play drinking games with you, THEN have you go to town on my hair, and get it on videotape for my blog…

You have the world’s biggest supply of fireworks, and were looking for an excuse to light ‘em off.

You have a welding torch, a guitar, and some rock climbing equipment…

You own a dog-fighter (plane), or a Mig (jet), or some Dune-buggies, or bungee jumping gear…

You’re a famous celebrity and are looking to get some crazy new images that will get you more media attention…

You’re an experienced model and looking to do some very unique images.

You are one of the world’s most talented photographers, and want to learn some crazy new photoshop stuff, or collaborate, or brainstorm, or shoot Me

I made plans for Greenville, SC for Monday…. but if you’re around before then, or even after that… let me know.
